A woman was arrested by the Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD) for reportedly throwing objects at cars in Manassas on Wednesday night, according to DC News Now.
At approximately 11:41 p.m. on July 3, law enforcement officials were dispatched to Pointer Lane near Portsmouth Road to conduct an investigation. Upon arrival, authorities observed a woman standing at the intersection with a piece of concrete in her hand.
The woman was taken into custody by officers, but she didn’t go quietly. In fact, she tried to fight back by hitting two officers before they were able to get her into a police cruiser.
According to the PWCPD, the woman caused damage to several parked cars.
Fortunately, there were no reported injuries.
Kimberly Sierra-Ovando, a 20-year-old woman, has been charged with the following offenses:

- Two counts of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer
- Throwing missiles at occupied vehicles
- Obstruction of justice
- Two counts of vandalism
- Careless interference with traffic
The authorities had detained her without granting bail.
