On Thursday, June 27, around 11:15 a.m., an attack occurred at Park Avenue and East 24th Street in the 13th Precinct against a 79-year-old woman.
The offender approached the woman and sprayed her face with an unknown liquid before leaving on foot. A local City, MD, urgent care center treated the victim, who is currently in stable condition.
