Lara Trump, Republican National Committee (RNC) co-chair, stated that it is “pretty obvious” that her father-in-law, former President Trump, recognizes presidential election results.
Trump made the assertion when asked if recent remarks by previous and current Democratic Party officials, such as former President Obama and President Biden, that Trump would not accept the results of the 2024 general election were “coordinated.”

The former president has consistently made bogus assertions that the 2020 election was “rigged” and that widespread fraud occurred.
Trump, who won the RNC co-chairship in early March, claimed that the country is suffering greatly because “millions” of Americans lack faith in the electoral process.
“What Donald Trump has said—and I think he’s exactly right—is that we should have free, fair, and transparent elections,” she stated on Thursday. “Unfortunately, Eric, millions of Americans do not believe in our electoral process. “We cannot function as a country in that way.”
A Washington Post/University of Maryland (Post-UMD) survey from early January indicates that one-third of US voters believe Biden’s 2020 general election was fraudulent.
“So he said, Well, if I believe this is a fair election, but I believe you did not meddle in any way, as they are clearly attempting to do with all of these fake cases against him, then no issue.” “I’m happy to accept the election results,” she stated.
Trump officials have suggested that the party will take a more aggressive approach to controlling vote counting in the November election.
“The truth is, if there’s no election interference, if everything is fair, and there’s nothing nefarious happening in an election, it is pretty clear based on all the polls out there that anybody you talk to Donald Trump will be the 47th president,” Lara Trump stated on Thursday.
