Former President Trump assailed President Biden’s mental acuity in a radio appearance Wednesday, saying he doubts his expected Democratic opponent “will even be running” in November.
In an interview with hosts John Catsimatidis and Rita Cosby on the “Cats & Cosby Show” on WABC 770 AM, Trump reiterated a popular assault on Biden and indicated, without evidence, that other leaders in his administration were making decisions in his stead.

When Catsimatidis stated that he did not understand the reasoning behind Biden’s globalist foreign policy perspective, Trump responded, “He doesn’t either.”
Marxists and fascists, who seek to maintain their positions and devastate our nation, surround him. “But he has no idea, and if you look at him, he doesn’t know where he is,” Trump said. “You know that; I know that; everyone knows that.”
“And frankly, I doubt he will even be running; I just can’t imagine it,” he said.
The Hill has contacted the Trump campaign for further clarification on his statement, as well as the Biden team for a response.
The jab comes as the Biden team has stepped up its criticism of Trump’s mental clarity and physical condition.
Over the weekend, the Biden campaign released a video showing Trump appearing to freeze in the middle of a speech, which Trump firmly refuted, calling it a “fake story.”
The Biden team also captured a moment in which Trump slipped while leaning on a supposedly loosely fixed platform.
“A feeble Trump nearly falls down on stage after he leans too hard on his podium and then goes on an angry rant, calling his event workers ‘crappy,'” the Biden campaign wrote in a post, attaching a video of the incident.
Trump responded on Sunday, stating, “As far as the podium, I really stopped it from falling owing to good reflexes and strength, two qualities that Joe Biden does not have. Check out the clip! Crooked Joe is a completely unskilled and corrupt individual, even when it comes to spreading a false narrative like this.”
In a previous post Sunday evening, Trump wrote on Truth Social, “JOE BIDEN IS NOT TOO OLD TO BE PRESIDENT—NOT EVEN CLOSE—YET HE IS TOO INCOMPETENT AND CORRUPT!”
