A new CNN report claims that the NYPD secretly suspended Donald Trump’s New York City concealed carry license last year and is prepared to completely cancel it following his felony conviction last week. When he was indicted, Trump handed over two of his three firearms to the NYPD. An NYPD spokesman stated that they lawfully moved the third firearm to Florida. Given the felony conviction of the former president, carrying his third pistol could potentially violate federal law. An NYPD spokeswoman told CNN that Trump might seek a hearing to contest the revocation order. The former president apparently held a concealed carry license for more than a decade before it was revoked in March 2023.
