JCP&L reported that more than 600 Bedminster, NJ, residents were without power as of press time. However, it was not immediately obvious whether the storm triggered the outage.
The NWS predicts that storms will end before 1 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28. Temperatures will drop into the mid-60s overnight, and Tuesday will be sunny with a high near 82.
