On Wednesday, a grand jury handed down the indictment.

In September 2021, Lori Davis allegedly made a threatening phone call to the Clinton Foundation based in New York, where she left a message expressing a desire to harm Clinton.

In January 2024, Davis reportedly took to X, formerly known as Twitter, where he made a string of posts threatening to kill Biden.

In the indictment, nine of her posts are mentioned, which include statements like “Red bead on Joe’s forehead and pull!” and “I’m going to be the b**** that takes out Joe Biden!”

According to court documents, one of her posts featured a picture of a woman holding a firearm, accompanied by the following statement from Davis: “This is how I envision it happening when I confront Joe Biden.”

The U.S. Secret Service has launched an investigation into the case. If convicted, Davis could face a maximum of five years in prison and fines of up to $250,000.

A Kansas woman has been indicted for making profane threats against Presidents Biden and Clinton. The incident has sparked concerns over the safety and security of public figures. This case highlights the importance of addressing online threats and ensuring the protection of our leaders.
