Kouri Richins’ private attorneys decided to withdraw from the case due to an undisclosed “irreconcilable and nonwaivable situation.” This decision was made clear in a court filing where they requested to be relieved from their duties. After a closed hearing on Monday, the request was granted by Utah district court Judge Richard Mrazik in Salt Lake City.
